Work

I’m continuing to do art direction and design work for advertising and tech, but always willing to consider any industry where we’d be a good match for one another. Remote preferable until things calm down out there.

Refreshing my editing skills as I’ve had to cut some social videos lately, so getting better at Premiere and After Effects lately.

Improvement / Personal

Latest experiment is eating during a three hour window midday everyday. Almost like OMAD. I think it is helping me sleep better and prolonging my energy the rest of the day. Daily hikes/run/walk in the park. Mindfulness meditation 2x daily. Slowly improving. I really miss swimming everyday. Need to find a local COVID-safe pool situation if such a thing exists.

Working on colorful abstract paintings about sin, suffering, and salvation. Learning Processing to manipulate images and have them interact with audio.
